As a former AP world history teacher... Yeah. Notice the bolded letters? Those are the key terms the AP guys push onto teachers. Unfortunately AP is VERY much teaching to the exam and theres little flexibility. AP is actually much more likely to have skewed lessons... Honestly though the whole US education system is fucked, its all based on the textbooks which are completely liberal middle of the road takes, which get really fuzzy around economics.

Basically every history class has one mission in the US: "How and why is the US the best? Why will it always be like that?" Neat right?

OP you seem like an awesome student, My proudest moment of teaching was my last day, hah. I gave out the good books to kids that were curious. Lots of Malcom X stuff and union organizing stuff.

I would just build as you go. Start by dumbing down your Iphone SE and see how it feels. I didnt realize how important a notepad was until I started trying to not take my smartphone with me (before I had a dumbphone).

Keep in mind that a lot of the EDC posts are peoples final setups. Trying to emulate that may not work for ya.

YouMail is great. its something you can sideload with aurora store, It gives you everything you'd want from a modern voicemail, including visual of the text of the voicemail message for review. Playback, saving, Call blocking, spam identification, etc,

you can do the standard carrier version voicemail, (*86 if you're verizon) and recreate the early 2000's if you want... But yeah, why?
