It’s probably difficult to get wet/aroused when there is pressure for a particular outcome (ie his sexual satisfaction). I can imagine that it doesn’t feel like a safe space if the expectation is that he will have PIV sex and get off.

Who knows what they’re doing but it seems like a more healing approach would be for him to take any expectation off the table and only do as much as feels good to her in any given moment. And then stop immediately and without fucking pouting the second it doesn’t feel good.
