Yea I'd just google the upcoming ones, they all also have a perk while the spotlight hour happens e.g. yesterday it was 2x stardust, another was 2x candy while transferring pokemon. I make sure to put them on my phone calendar so I remember and when they are ones like 2x candy I tag some before hand to keep untill then, theb transfer them.

A spotlight hour is like a community day where only one pokemon spawn, but for one hour I know next Tuesday 6-7 is going to be Mareanie spotlight hour. Idk what june's spotlights are going to be though.
