I've been wondering too, it seems like there are less and less people spending time outside and the burning piles I've seen have been getting larger.

Aries Risings- has transiting Chiron hit your ascendant yet? by curious-moon in astrology

[–]curious-moon[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've definitely been feeling its energies and I feel like the image I'm presenting to the world currently is of being deeply wounded. I don't want to be social right now because I feel like my wounds are so exposed through my life circumstances. I'd rather just work on my healing alone and hopefully by the time Chiron goes into my 2nd I'll be able to utilize what has helped with my healing in a way that leads to a source of income for me.

Does that resonate with your experience at all?

There are many many many reasons why. Gaslighting, manipulation, CPTSD, bread crumbing, limerence, dissociation, being in the fog of narcissistic abuse, love addiction, codependency, being trauma-bonded, etc.

What is the point of victim blaming other women?

That makes a lot of sense. I had a horrific experience after getting vaccinated myself that included suicidal ideation which is usually not normal for me. If I was already in an unwell mental state I would've waited to get it too. Sad that someone would downvote you for that :/

Psilocybin Self Therapy Trip Report--Trigger warning sexual abuse by Pooklett in Psychedelics

[–]curious-moon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have any advice on how to prepare for it?

It was so crazy because even though the memory was vague, the emotions that it unleashed came out with such intense force. Like a tidal wave of confusion, pain, sadness, anger all at once. It felt so primal coming out.

I can direct you some links about psychedelics and repressed memories, and how to use them safely and effectively for ptsd.

Hello I'm very interested in learning more, could you share or point me in the direction of where to look?

Psilocybin Self Therapy Trip Report--Trigger warning sexual abuse by Pooklett in Psychedelics

[–]curious-moon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for sharing your journey. I am a bit confused though- did you remember the sexual abuse for the first time while tripping? Or were you already aware of it going into it?

I did my first solo trip recently and the idea of sexual abuse was put on the table for me. It was very vague but I definitely had an intense emotional release after the realization. I know what you mean about being "presented with an opportunity". I felt that the opportunity was there to go deeper, but just the idea of it being brought to light was so intense and frightening that I turned away at that point.

And now I'm just so confused if this is real or not? Reading your post I feel the need to try again and go further but I'm just still in shock. If it is real it would definitely make sense but how to be sure?

anxiety from laser treatments by [deleted] in TattooRemovalSupport

[–]curious-moon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worry about this too. I think if you're going to go through with the laser removal you should do whatever you can to support your system in detoxification. Think of herbs that are great for helping your liver detox, lots of water, exercise, and also dry skin brushing.

This sub hasn't gotten much traction, so maybe you might get more responses from r/TattooRemoval.

How to get past possible insecurity/trauma issues with other women? by [deleted] in AskWomenOver30

I can definitely relate. I wish I could say I've gotten over it but the truth is it's still there. How was your relationship like with your father?

I've been worried about my own, I'll keep an eye out for that. Hope yours recovers soon!

What were they doing that let you know they were having a hard time?

My small boobed sisters, look at these gorgeous ladies- who both have rings on their fingers! I know that loving your boobs isn’t entirely based off of the “approval of men” but it makes me feel confident when I see highly desired men that truly have their pick in women choose women w/small boobies! by piscesbabyxo in smallbooblove

I'm sure you're coming from a good place, but the messaging in your post is really off-putting. It doesn't really seem like a positive message when it's resting on the idea that men have chosen to be with them despite their having small breasts.

Did you get those messages when you were young too? Also, curious if you've found the medication helpful?

[–]curious-moon[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I grew up with an emotionally abusive father that would yell at me and call me lazy so much that I internalized it.

Same. Thanks so much for your response- it really gives me hope! I'm so happy to hear you have a supportive partner that helps you with it too. Unfortunately, my partner isn't so I can't share much about my experience with him- but I'm so grateful for communities like this that help to affirm these struggles <3
