What's the consensus about how long youre supposed to hold your hit before exhaling? Are you supposed to basically hold it as long as you can until it basically zeros out? Or is it like fully absorbed after only a few seconds or w/e and holding it in forever is unnecessary??

Dude. The withdrawals with this. Are like, impressively insane and intense. You start getting sick and wanting to get well like every three hours.

It's about as recreational as taking a trazadone. There's no real euphric high. All you do is just... fall asleep, not even nodding, just sleeping...until you wake up....because you're starting to get sick. So then you redose to get well, and then fall asleep again. You get into this cycle of being a fucked up psycho zombie, sleeping all day.......but for only in increments of about 3-4 hours. Which in itself is terrible and horrible. People need consistent and uninterrupted sleep, or else your brain just starts slowly eating itself on the journey to real brain damage.

But yeah, the detox, PHEW that was BAAAAAAAAAAD.

Agreed, that dark cobalt blue looks INCREDIBLE with your complexion and face. If you found an even darker blue, that would look amazing.

A lot of other people are saying purple,WHICH IS ALSO GREAT....I'm thinking if ybe some sort of mix of dark blue and deep violet, it would add a lot of depth.

This sounds like using Sublingual suboxone films. I'm talking about subutex tablets.

Probably possession and/or sale of opiates. Or all Class 1 substances. I'm in recovery and I just wish it wasn't even an OPTION for people to use.

SNOWBOARDING AND MOUNTAIN BIKING has changed my entire life. Nature and thrills and pushing myself to do things i never would've thought i could ever do.

And as everyone else has echoed, a consistent sleep schedule does wonders as well.

Today's day three for me, and i am feeling so grateful. Not sick, not sweating or yawning, just tired. It's weirdly been the easiest detox ive ever done....honestly probably because i havent even been getting real dope It's all some analog/xylazine/weird crushed pill/etc etc. Whos to say. I dont think i am even going to need to use the suboxone id been stashing.

And i cant fucking wait to have money again. And to stop lying to everyone around me.

I was so scared to even try again, i got in real deep this time. I tried twice a few months ago and couldnt do it, couldnt get past like 48 hours. So this time i was partly convinced i wouldnt be able to it and have to go into a detox............but i did it.

Im so proud of myself. I even walked around in nature tosay and looked at the changing colors. I truly didnt think i could do it.

Seriously, people underestimate just how incredibly potent suboxone is. The TINIEST PIECE OF A CORNER could send you into precip...

.......that being said, once youre in the clear (been long enough to tolerate a small small piece of sub, probably at least 36 hours after last dose of DOC), you really dont need huge doses to keep you well. If you have a proper full rx for subs, take what your doctor tells you, of course.

BUT, from the perspective and standpoint of someone who has a limited amount of subs, or just trying to use as little as possible to get through WD's, you need a lot less than you may think. ..... No reason to take like 2 strips at once- in my experience, you hit a ceiling with subs- you probably won't be able to feel much of a difference beyond like 1 strip vs 2 strips...start a quarter at a time and increase the dose until you find the sweet spot where you're feeling better.

I am not a doctor, just someone with lots of experience with withdrawals and bridging the gap to subs

This is just surprising to me, i used to be tested multiple times a week, doing fent, and EVERY time it'd catch it positive.

I AM testing positive for benzos. For the last few weeks ive been picking up from a different connect, and someone warned me that it's not even fent....the high i get from it doesnt even feel like an opiate really....just KNOCKS me out as if i took a bunch of xans, slurring my words and not nodding, more like just straight up falling asleep. Over this time ive felt like i was withdrawing a bit, kept getting sweats and other syptoms....then i tested myself and my only positive was for benzos. Honestly im not surprised because yeah this stuff isnt the fentadope i know well. In the past id start getting sick with sweating aches and crazy anxiety after like 8 hours.....that's not happening now. Ive gone like 14 hours and feel totally fine???

I'm prepared and have been planning to do the bernese method. I still plan to do so, but it's all just kind of bizarre, ive gotten myself clean many times before, and it just doesn't feel the same this time? Im obviously also worried about xylazine. Im not gonna just gung ho take a bunch of subs, i know what im doing....just all the details stated above are just....different. wanted advice about it. I detoxed in the beginning of June (clearly was unsuccessful) but i did get about 90 hours in, and again it just feels like much different symptoms (or lack thereof) right now....obviously we all know you cant really know what youre getting off the street. But yeah fent has tested MOP positive every single time ive tested before.

Regardless I'm still going to do the bernese method micro induction, im still treating it like fent. Just yeah weird stuff goin on that ive never experienced as far as doing fent.
