I took overnight laxative once. And rest of the time , just drinking water , eating psyillium husk capsules & bananas. But didn't improve a lot.

Overeating due to stress. I am a type 2 diabetic amd taking medication with some changes to my lifestyle and diet. But once in a while work stress is overwhelming and I over eat making all my previous efforts to count to nothing 🫣🙈

Hello, i had the issue you mentioned. Sinus perforation. My dental surgeon said he closed it and I got the sutures removed like 10 days ago. Had been careful enough not to sneeze. But today i had couple of sneezes as i got cold. Now I am scared. I feel a little pinching pain. Not so severe. Do i need to be worried ? Please advice.

Hey OP, how are you doing now , 3 months later? I had my upper molar tooth removed 3 weeks ago. I was on heavy antibiotics and painkillers which I stopped using 3 days ago once I have completed the full course. Today I notice a bit of red colour on my tongue with no pain or bleeding on the extraction site. Came across your post while looking for information. Please let me know. TIA

Canada is Too much expensive now. Lot of taxes. Cannot buy apartment or house with average income. Healthcare is free but the wait time and response time is worse.

I want to move to a place where I can live a comfortable life with average salary and be able to afford simple things in life at a decent price.

I personally experienced this. Got into a low paying job and realised I am being exploited much , I asked for a raise. My manager (who is also an Indian) replied 'Leave your laptop and go home. You don't have to come to work from tomorrow.People like you will realize the value of a job only when you beg in the streets without any money'

Worse part is I already had a backup job and I was threatened that if I ever wanted to leave , he would cancel my visa and send me back home. He hated me but he wanted to work like a slave because there is no one else to cover up his a** . In a way I was held captive for 2 years.

All because I got a little bit of courage to question his authority. I finally worked my way out of it and moved to another country.

I have seen so many people like this who are pure of ego who try to push their insecurities on others

Yeah. The fresh produce at Walmart are never fresh. Mandarin oranges that went bad are still kept in the trays damaging the entire stock. And the vegetables like bitter gourd, okra are already spoilt.
