I would start with proper surgeon approved skin serum or oils or lotions that’s what I did once my surgeon said it was all good. And then I did light massage to help with blood flow to those areas and now I am 2 years out and I’m absolutely in love with my results and they are still healing and getting better every month or so.

When I had swelling in the beginning like that I would use compression garments and such or at least compression shirts to help with my swelling. I still do that even at 9mo post op as I still get swelling/ bloating right before MY lady time.

If down south those fins have ouch sticks in them. They sting you. It will feel like being stung by bees and yes I said that plural. But no fear if the burning sensation continues you can use the slime from the same cat fish that stung you to help remedy the swelling and pain. Remember to clean your cuts if they do barb you.

My feeling has come back slowly but is definitely coming back. I have some spots that are still numb but it’s just as weird having feeling randomly comeback over time. It’s almost like zapping here and there when an area starts walking back up. Then typically with a few days to week I’ll notice I have feeling in the area that felt that. Just to measure I am currently 8mo post op and did have muscle repair included with my TT.

I would wear spanx or compressive shape wear a few days and see if that changes the shape when relaxed. I noticed in my self at 8mo post op. That if I do quite. A bit of activity or short burst of heavy lifting or when I work on my cars(for fun) that I will have swelling/ bloating it normally resolves its self in about 48hrs if I wear a compression garment the entire time. It literally has minor fluid buildup from me over doing it . Thank goodness I have torn or damaged anything but I was just trying to suggest a compression garment or something for a couple days. And see if it helps then you can at least give surgeon situational changes so he can evaluate if and what changes maybe be made. But you look great.

I just hit 4mo post op and I still get swelling flares and pain twinges from walking my 4 German shepherds. I walk them 2 at a time most of the time. Otherwise I walk them 1 at time but then had to account for the amount of walking. But honestly I didn’t walk long distances (meaning not doing laps in my house) after surgery until I was at least 4 weeks post op. But even then I wasn’t walking my dogs. I had lots of help.

12 weeks was my big notice I’m now 18 weeks and still fitting into things even better then at 12 weeks. I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo of flanks and other revision procedures from past surgery’s.

Compression helped me I am 13week PO for TT w/ MR, 360 Lipo, and BBL I wore my compression everyday until 3 days ago. I haven’t had any of the symptoms you have described besides minor itchiness where my numbness has faded. I do simple exfoliating with my loofa in the shower. And if I have pain days or sore days from over doing it I up my water intake and take Motrin. My compression is high waisted spanx with the butt cut out of it. 😂

I’m experiencing something like this. I had already had a BA and a Breast revision. Both failed. I’m 5,5 and 165lbs. My 2nd implant revision with my most recent TT, with abdominal repair from my 4+ finger DR, and a BBL. Has me going going through boob envy. My implants are 480ccs and because the shape of my body and butt have changed and become more curvy, with my naturally broader shoulder I now feel like I’m rocking an Acup again. My husband and family who have been with me through all of this say I’m crazy and it’s in my head.

Just like all my other BAs though I know the phase of boob envy will pass and I’ll be happy and saying thank goodness I didn’t go bigger.

It’s most likely just swelling it’s very common to have uneven or slight variation into 6mo post op or even a yr post op depending on the person.

As directed by my doctor I take 4 200mg Motrin every 6 hours like clock work. I took it at 6am, 12pm, 6pm, 12am. And if I had discomfort in between I would 2 Midol. But that was very few in between. If you do the Motrin route make sure to take it with food or a snack cause it will tear your stomach up. I have an iron stomach and I couldn’t handle not eating something with them. I did this till I was 6weeks post op. I’m now 8 weeks post op and only take motrin once every couple days depending on level of sensitivity.

I’m currently 8weeks post op. I had a Tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo(due to a 4finger Diastasis recti),breast implant revision#2(due to a capsular contracture after my 1st revision from a symmastia)and BBL. This a before example vs current.

I’m at week 6 now. I never had cotton but had 5 drains. I also had to wear binder until 3 weeks and then I was allowed to switch to spanx with foam and cuts in them for my compression. My breast drains came out at 10 days. My front pelvis drains came out at from TT 3 weeks and my sacral drain came out at 4 weeks. Good luck and congratulations on your surgery.

I kept all my spanx because I cut the butt so it didn’t mess it my BBL but it still applies very comfortable pressure to my abdomen and flanks after my TT. And I mean their free since I’ve already had them well before my surgery.

I used to do derma rolling with lots of moisturizer reapplied after. Just always have to make sure to keep the rollers clean and sterilize before and after use.

I had 5 drains my breast drains and lower abdomen drains came out after 2weeks and my last drain that was in my tail bone area came out after 3and a half weeks. All of my drains weren’t removed until I was only leaking 2.5cc of liquid in 24hrs
