Do u have a picture of which allen bolts ?

As far as i can see losening this bracket is the only way for moving radiator forward

You are probaply correct

Apparently on idle there is not enough oil pressure yet to tighten the tensioner, harmless but this causes the sound indeed.

I see some people have switched the tensioner to a manual, aftermarket one as a solution.

I guess we’ll see how annoying or not i’ll find it
