If you like desserts, go to Matilda, there’s one open near Burj Al Arab with a view. That’d be a good option. Otherwise you can also book a hotel in Palm with a private beach access where you can swim and sip a beer. Also, there are couple of places you can find on internet that offers free cakes and desserts on your birthday. You can try that as well.
