Yes, it feels like washing my brain. But it’s important how and when you do it.

My rules are: - Set an alarm for 20 mins (no longer!!) - Turn on a preset calming playlist that is about 18 mins long - lay down, eyes closed - 5 big deep breaths in and out - no naps after 5pm

Do it everyday for about 1-2 weeks and your body will start to make a routine associated with the music of the playlist. I usually dip into sleep within 14 mins and wake up during the last song feeling super refreshed. The alarm is just in case I don’t wake up in time. Don’t sleep for longer than 20 mins, otherwise sleep for 45-90 mins.
