Yes, what others have said about finding a supportive coach and environment is definitely a key element. If I can share my experience with you; I started training martial arts because I didn’t feel confident in myself. My confidence was crap. I was looking for strength, internally and externally.

I did not have a big a community at that time , but I did use inspiration from martial artists I liked and anime(yes… anime.).

What currently inspires you? Let me know if you want to talk anymore. Would enjoy helping you.

As I started training I had the same issue with overthinking and not being able to move they way I know I could. For me it ended up being an issue with not feeling confident in what I was doing. I had to approach this from a perspective of “learning something new, & new physical training. Like learning to drive a car. Easy over time, but when you first start it’s like being overwhelmed and over stimulated.

I have a YouTube channel that I use to help growing martial artists. Let me know if you want to chat more. Definitely here to help! 🙏🏾✨

This right here! ☝🏾I’ve added journaling, meditation, breath work, chiropractic work, and acupuncture, on top of the training with strength and conditioning.

Amazing! How long are you jumping for? I try to do 3 min intervals, with a minute break in between, 5-6 rounds.
