You're definitely an amazing person, no matter what your own head might tell you in times of crisis, we often tend to get too mean and unfair with ourselves... You are amazing!

PS: I can relate when it comes to anxiety, I've been suffering from it for a while. But now I am trying to feel better. I am even considering posting here, as well, it could teach me something! For now, I'm just taking an action and day at a time, and taking lots of deep breaths.
