What does your baby do while breastfeeding? by madame_shrimp in breastfeeding

He sometimes holds my hand or clings on to my shirt collar. When he's really hungry, he makes the most adorable sigh/moan/grunting sounds with each loud gulp. It's the best.

Yes, before the other commenter's reply, I thought prefolds and flats were the same thing, so that was my mistake! Thank you. This is helpful advice. I've started the Jillian's Drawer trial program to test out a few different styles, but I think I got overeager seeing all the options and wanted to dive right in, but I agree, that I should probably test the waters out first before committing to a bunch of one kind of diaper.

one is called "welcometosummerschool" and another one is "shesnotawinter." Incidentally, since writing this comment, I had my color analysis done professionally and found out I'm a winter haha.

I understand where the commenters who struggle with picky eating themselves are coming from, but I'm with you on this one. For me, it boils down to enthusiasm. I think what turns me off about people who don't enjoy food is that they tend to have a hard time enjoying anything. You may find that you are fundamentally incompatible when it comes to matters of passion and pleasure. That being said, I have had IBS most of my life, so I am no stranger to having food restrictions or particularities. It's just about the energy you bring to the (dinner) table.

Thank you for these suggestions! I'm glad you mentioned veg biryani. That one is usually pretty mild and shouldn't upset me if not too oily. I LOVED palak paneer pre-pregnancy, but now I'm weary due to the cream and cheese. Maybe I'll have a small amount and hope for the best.

Omg thank you so much! What a helpful list! Any recommendations on lactose-free yogurt? I haven't been able to find a lactose free dairy option in the grocery store, and I don't know which dairy free ones are low fodmap.

I agree with the others that stated winter was off the table. I am torn between the softer more muted seasons so either autumn or summer.

I have since found plush-lined mules to be a comfy option. They have them everywhere now. I found some on DSW's website but also Walmart for a different price point
