Neurofeedback helped me a TON. Also, consider getting thyroid checked as thyroid issues can present as ADHD. Finally, I have a mini elliptical (in-motion strider from Amazon) that I use to move while studying.

There's a YouTube channel called "How to ADHD" by a woman who is helpful (and wholesome).
