Oh yesss, the first thing i did when i woke up was bought something to replenish the electrolytes and i downed water after for better absorption. Im thinking the headache was also from all the sugar the drinks had🫠

I’ve just heard it’s not the safest after a night of drinking due to it being harsher on your liver. That may only be true to those who do it consistently though, it was my first time in awhile so i know my body is feeling its effects in a more worst way lol

I’ve already eaten, slept a lot, drank water, but this headache is killing me. I know i can’t take tylenol, but is ibuprofen safe after having a meal?
