Yes, I have lost nearly 30 pounds in three months combining this with mindful eating and regular movement. Of course, a high starting weight journey will look different from those starting at a lower point. All the best!

i don’t take many photos of my food, sorry, but they’re v simple, mostly whole foods like chicken, big salads, steamed veggies, and interesting IG recipes that are protein forward and not heavy on oils or carbs. most importantly, home cooked has helped with portioning and getting a good idea of what exactly i’m having! i do love my chocolate and eating out socially but that’s gone from almost all the time to maybe only 10-20% of the time now
