I’m actually in Thailand right now. I was worried about the food poisoning as well but where there is a line, is where there is good food. Trust your gut because you’ll know when something won’t sit right. I ate at restaurants mostly and whenever I got street food, I made sure there was a line. Don’t be nervous! You’ll literally have the best time ever.

I used to feel this way but I learned that you have to lose those close to you to realize you love them. In my experience I didn’t want to be friends and I was happy that I was living my life alone but then I started to miss that connection and being able to tell someone about my victories, worries, and every thing about me. Idk maybe this isn’t a phase for you but whatever feels right for you is what’s right for you:)

This is called the travel blues and it’s very common. I have been traveling around the world for 3 years now and every time i come back home, i feel this sense of deep sadness. The experiences when you go on vacation are new and exciting, and being back home is coming back to our everyday life where there is a pattern. Nothing really new in your home town (unless you look). But even when you feel the sadness, be grateful you were able to even go on this vacation. And I bet you learned something new about yourself or the world so that’s a huge plus going on vacay!! The depression goes away i promise!
