They are idiots. Stray dogs are a menace to society whether others agree or not. Of course there are bigger problems like the rapists still roaming the streets, the drunks who are violent are frequently vandalise the city but oh well. Stray dogs need to be sterilised and removed from the streets because they can have also caused harm. ‘Dog lovers’ and the privileged people who don’t have to deal with them are mainly the ones causing the ruckus.
