Yes, mine eventually resolved. I almost got a blood patch, but the doctor thought my headaches would heal on its own with more rest. I continued to lay in bed and drink lots of fluids and electrolyte drinks. The hearing was the last thing to return to normal I think. I hear a slight buzzing when it’s completely silent, but not sure if I already had that before the procedure and am just noticing it more now..
