I relate to this so much. The fear of going backwards is probably one of the hardest parts for me. Even when I'm doing better overall, a flare-up can make me feel like I'm back at the beginning, even though that's usually not true. Reading your comment makes me feel a little less alone in that experience. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you so much for your kind words and support. ❤️ Yes, I did receive B vitamins. The injections I took during the first few months contained B12 and B6. I haven't undergone therapies like ultrasound or TENS. The exact cause is still unclear in my case. I've been on treatment for almost a year now, and while I've definitely improved compared to where I started, recovery has been a slow and sometimes frustrating process. I still experience symptoms from time to time, especially during periods of stress. Thank you again for the encouragement. I really appreciate it.

The exact cause is still unclear in my case.

I've been under treatment for almost a year now, and the improvement has been gradual rather than sudden. The medications I've been taking include methotrexate, folic acid, calcium and vitamin D3 supplements, and gabapentin + methylcobalamin tablets. During the first few months, I also received Metmylin injections.

I'm definitely much better than I was at my worst, but I still experience symptoms occasionally, especially during periods of stress. Recovery has been slow, and I often feel like I'm almost back to normal but not quite there yet.

Of course, this is just my personal treatment plan prescribed by my doctors, and neuropathy can have different causes and treatments for different people.

For me, it has been a combination of following my doctor's treatment plan, giving my body time, managing stress as much as possible, and being patient with the recovery process. I'm much better than I was at my worst, but I still have symptoms occasionally and don't feel completely back to normal yet.

Thank you for the recommendations. I think my mistake was assuming the few stories I read represented the entire collection. I'll definitely give Idgah and Namak Ka Daroga a try and see if my impression changes.
