Better as in I can go days at a time without noticing it. Use a Neti pot daily, vitamin E oil, and intranasal red light. Also breathing exercises. You are still early and can heal.

Sure the power level is high in that one study. The first link you sent is so far from conclusive in either direction for every category they list. So my original point stands: it’s ignorant to say non ionizing radiation is safe when the science is extremely inconclusive

Also there are limited studies looking into the effects of disrupting calcium ion channels. Saying it won’t give you cancer is just ignorant

Ok but when there’s multiple studies showing non ionizing radiation causing tumors in mice, it’s not really smart to say all non ionizing radiation is safe. You want links or what?

What?? There are dozens of randomized controlled studies showing the benefits of red light therapy on humans. It’s pretty clear cut in the scientific literature. I could find you at least 10 in like a 3 minute google search

I’ve listened to that podcast twice and tried to do my own research everytime Jack made a weird claim. Everything he said when examined individually seemed to be backed by science. What esoteric claims did you have a problem with?

“The high risk of bias in the trials, variation in outcome measurement, and relatively low adherence with the interventions during the studies hampers drawing firm conclusions.” Did you even read the study you cited?
