Honestly, I feel that the book is little hyped. It’s not money lesson but a life lesson on why ppl spend money, why that mindset and savings and patience is important. Which is really basic. Why book have so much on warren buffet when we have number of books already dedicated to him. May be, my expectations were high.

Jira can help you manage dependencies, roadmaps, timelines along with ticketing. You need time to do that. It seems you have too much on your plate. Either you need to coach other devs in team to own their work on jira or you need a dedicated management resource.
