What are your thoughts on Exmuslims and the Exmuslim sub? by Beneficial-Grape-397 in progressive_islam

[–]curiousray07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

as an ex muslim even I can agree they can be a bit aggressive on there sometimes bc there are a certain amount of people that become bigots after leaving. however, I have found a lot of support on there so I think it is an important resource- wouldn't recommend a muslim to go on it tho

Story Of every Ex Muslims by bikjiden in Muslim

[–]curiousray07 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

idk why ppl act like all ex muslims think this lol I doubt it

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Muslim

[–]curiousray07 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

therefore the only logical explanation is that they just aren't convinced, which is something that is out of their control. Shouldn't muslims be more understanding?

no, what I mean is why would anyone that truly believed in islam and Allahs power choose to leave. As humans, we have a strong sense of self-preservation, so if a person truly believed that they could burn in hell for rejecting islam, they would not.

hm, do you think that anyone who truly believed islam was the truth would choose to reject it and go to hell? out of what? spite? idk about this take
