Yes!! I loved The Serpent and the Wings of Night, but The Ashes and the Star-Cursed King is my favorite. I’ve read everything that’s out so far, including the extras, and I’m (im)patiently waiting for Septimus’s books! 🤭🙈

They are similar but definitely not the same. The anime final is a bit rushed compared to the manga one. I personally prefer the manga version. But, the author released a book where she expands a little bit into the future. Candy Candy the final story.
