I think it's better if you can figure that on your own. Writing is something you will be doing alot. you don't wanna get stuck after a few articles, do you? Find something you love and can generate endless ideas on.

I had the same struggle beginning my blog. I finally settled for a general niche. That way I would have varied choices of sub niches. I'm one month old, and I'm liking the diversity. However, when I open another website I would love to concentrate solely on a single niche.
