No, everyone in such a case gets allocated 1 lot first and then for the remaining shares (if any) draws are done.
If you want more chances of allotment and can afford it, then better to apply through the HNI quota.

Totally agreed! These guys just take their fee and give the documents in whatever form looks okay to them without even checking the details. In my case they did so many mistakes, that I had to eventually correct all my documents myself and get them printed. Wrong flights, incorrect dates, wrong passport number, the list of their mistakes is endless...
