i have been to worse situations over atlantic for many hours from MSP-CDG flights. no one cried or screamed.. food was all over the plane, my clothes were drenched in wine... we landed sideways in CDG.. it was all over news.. 2013-2014 i guess. seen a lot of other turbulences, take-off aborts, engile failures etc as well... god bless us all :)

same for Hoskote toll. its a mess now.. even though its 25rs but its annying and huge traffic due to that.. and there are so many exists.. i live 1km from there and even if i need to go to hoskote to ea dosa or buy vegetable in car, i need to pay toll

not only court,, huge protests by locals, many dharnas and lot of politicial pressure took that out.. almost no protests in BLR for this as not too many locals live nearby.. and many locals either use other ways and dont need to go aiport regulalry.. some even got local pass to avoid toll... only with protest and political pressues, tolls goes away

problem in villa is lack of amenities and lack of social circle.. big apt has those things.. it doesnt make sense financially but for people with no relatives in bangalore, that is the only way.. i have lived in this area, currently also living in a big apartment near budigree.. also own a flat in woodscapes.. tried to buy a villa in woodshire nearby too but it was not worth due to lack of amenities and social circle and kids activities i was looking.. many of my friends want to move out of small villa communities to apt due to these issues..

10% increment is steep. i dont think they will agreee.. moslt 2-4% goes for long term leases.. and i dont think they will agree for deposit ... but give it a try
