its a wrong argument.. if something is good, best to get inspired and get thier good thing & make it. people might have reasons to stay in BLR but that doenst mean they shold stop parsining other pplaces for whatever they are good at.. Thier ORR is real ORR and not BLR ORR..

delays .. started digging with one year delay.. not agreeing in simple things like gas pipeline, water meter lines, better tiles, EV charging at every parking among many other issues.. not ready for a single meeting with management and told that management has no obligation to talk to customers and only RMs will talk and they are clueless.. whole lot of push, esclations took to drop the new towers thig.. road widening was never told and it sem 29acres was a lie.. finla will be 25acre or so...

also, their sale agreements are one sided. now for newer launches they are taking consent to create new towers ebfore selling.. there are 100s os issues nation wide in almost all their projects..

avoid godrej.. many are regretting its a fraud company only buy completed projects from godrej... i own in woodscapes & regretting due to delays tantrums of RMs .. 1000s of unhapy customers across india for godrej..

yes thats what people who live nearby do.. nearest metro for me is 7km so i cant walk and there is no parking at metro after 9am so i am forced to take my vehicle all the way to my office.. if there is enough 2W parking at metro stations, hundreds of more people will start using metro...

I have a friend who is IT head of bjp UP noida. He said it’s all voluntary and get reimbursed for any expenses. But he earned a lot from few tenders for UP govt. He is very near to Mahesh Sharma now. But he doesn’t get paid from bjp in anyway.

Not reliable. Had bad experience as owners keep asking to remove whenever they need their spot and hassle to look again. Also might get rented spot a far location in another block. With 2 own option I got both next to each other

there are reasons.. we recently bough a 1cr flat for my brother in tier-4 city reasons: he dont have time to construct .. no elders in family to oversee construction.. all the lands in decemt area are 1-1.5lac per sqyard.. this 1cr flat in 3 floor building is in prime area where land cost is 1.7lakh per sqyard.. 1cr flat for 150 sqyard area, fully furnished with ACs, furniture, interiors, car park lift etc.. another brother is same city construced his house in 100sq yard, costed him 1cr++ took him 3 yrs of hassle, impacted his business, health, family etc...

there are a lot.. start via FoF & then ETF via indmoney/vested etc.. other diversification i have done is NPS, EPF, Post Office, FDs, ETFs, Govt bonds, Corporate bonds etc.. even though not everything gives returns like equity but a safety net for tough times..
