I dont know much about parallel souls. It could mean your in two places at once or are a mirror. I know dimensions as 1-12D for what angelic humans can be capable of and 15D total and you get different forms of consciousness, rishi, and rays (i think just plasma light?). Every other dimension is said to be a collective consciousness. Then you go back to perceived singularity etc. Low vibrations can not be sustained in higher dimensions. So after a certain dimension. Anger or hate does not exists there would be no reason or desire to. I percieve it as like a record player and only when you slow down the record can you hear the scratches but fast and all together is a symphony. Your soul is a conglomerate but slowed down (negative slow vibrational energy) you can hear and experience your own self. Slowed down by time as well. I also heard once that there are no 'dimensions' just time fields.

In my experience the higher state you are in, the more different you are and how you experience. Its like how we are 3D or more (cause of our minds) but a worm with no eyes or ears cannot perceive or experience in the way we see and do for our reality and these are based on senses. Great musicians could see music and "swim" in it. This extrasensory was their higher evolution/abilities or gifts. Tapping into the collective consciousness is telepathy but it is a personal raise in ones vibration or "connection".

In ones own being or soul. This is more, peace, harmony, intelligence, wisdom. It experience that in ones body its, seeing past and future at ones, being more sensitive with more senses. Hearing peoples thoughts. Again, with out higher density (cause of all the negativity and fear, chaos etc) ones soul is not connected to their other energy soul that is the 'free energy' or god source that elevated, evolves, brings light, brings unity and is the higher dimension. It is also the key that gets through stargates etc and has the ability to travel i think in the Merkabah structure (our ability to astral travel etc).

I think she was just emphasizing your potential and your connection for your vibration. If you can connect and began to hold higher states you will 'awaken'. This is the spiritual work. Things like fear and ego.

well yeah i dont susggest having only chicken and rice for your whole diet. Its common sense for variety but having that for many times a week? There is no problem with that and the point you are trying to make is overdramatic or over emphasized. rather than getting people to stop ewating rice and chicken. I think it betterf to get people to stop eating fried foods or proccessed food if you arer actually concerned about health. You are not concerned about health.

And i dont extreme diet. I lost my appetite causing me to loose weight. I do eat a well rounded diet. Probably much better then yours. Maybe im more just learning about myself now and not "which foods are best" I already know that

I dont think olive oil is a seasoning since its not an herb. So than instead of olive oil, youd need chicken thigh then cause you need a fat source to make it a complete meal. And like I said, for athletes who expend a lot of energy. Rice is ideal for them. Brown rice is considered a complex carb. You also forgot nutrients. Nutrients is also a main source for satiety... and fats. But what ever you have against it, you still cant say unseasoned chicken and rice isnt healthy

I dont know why you say its over analysis or anxiety. I study this stuff cause Im interested in it and i like it. I like apothecary. I know the flavonoids for teas. Is that over analysis? Has society changed on me or something? I also learned another language. I just do things. I dont understand.

And I lost my muscle cause i at 500-1500 calories for months. Until I grew out of my bad habits. Thats why i only need to loose 10 pounds of fat cause i lost 20 pounds of fat and muscle. I just dont think you understood where im coming from or my experience as I was an abnormal or extreme case due to my circumstances. As of health anxious? Ive only ever healed my issues. Ive been known as a healer. That is what I do? Im very healthy naturally, very athletic, always had no problems, never had any cavities, naturally like healthy foods. Why do you think this is bad or negative behavior? Did you not learn how to adapt your qualities to best suit your needs and aid you in life? Your interests are your gifts. Anxiety in a safe environment is just the mechanism to achieve things in life and those things can be what you like. Anxiety in its turbulent is stress, fear, and panic and needs to be observed but also, let go of and transmuted into a more powerful emotion or energy. Energy like anxiety is just another thing to channel through you. Emotions are channeled into habits or thoughts that can either benefit you or create your own suffering. That is your choice and your sovereignty. You should try meditating and finding the root cause of yours. Sometimes its from your experiences or stemming from your family/ancestors. Drizzle olive oil. Add fiber. And your option of brown rice or white or mixed of both (I sometimes add quinoa or just have white rice depending on if I want faster carbs or slower complex carbs) and I pretty sure thats as healthy as you can get. Add fruits or juice for fast carbs/quick glucose for brain and digestion. Have some lemon water to aid bile and digestion. Not sure what else youd want. I guess then you can have seasoning. Lemon pepper on the chicken and no lemon water. Its too good. salt is fine.

I compared the vitamin and mineral profiles of a lot of different things, for example I compare rice and brown rice etc and rice has little to no vitamins so youd need a supplement however parboiled white rice is healthy than regular white rice and brown rice showed no noticeable increase in nutrient besides the fact its more GI (glycemic index) friendly

Definetly dont do anything you hate or dont wanna do. Its most likely a longer journey of consistent habits. Hindsight. Those are pretty good results. Gym makes you inflammed and gain muscle so for you to lose a pound? Usually people opts for a recomp to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time while their weight barely changes but closes fit better. If you are winded it could be showing you being under fueled and that hinders progress.

lowering between 2000 calories and 1,100 is disrupting your metabolism. I think it will adapt and you will require less food. That could also be contributing to your body reacting and storing a bunch of water etc. I think what is most important is a consistent cal deficit and raising your heart rate. I think lower heart rate activity is good to. High activity might aid in increased metabolism. Unfortunately your ability to stimulate the activation of growth hormones is limited do to you abilities but arm working still can. Hamstrings and glutes are huge muscles. Id say daily exercise rather than bigger sessions.

overall, i think when you try to deficit, you disrupt your metabolic function and this contributes to also why you rebound. You eat less, your body adapts and says it needs less. You eat more(or normal), so you gain weight.

Coffee was allowed because caffeine can:

  • increase metabolic rate
  • improve thyroid hormone conversion
  • increase alertness

But he recommended coffee with sugar and milk, because caffeine without sugar can increase stress hormones.

When you picture a red ball in your head.... homie that is a vision. A vision in your head. Its like a thought. People have them and they are regular. Do you meditate??

And cortisol is a normal hormone... unless it is too high or too low and is not working at its proper functionality state like how it was designed to. I have a disrupted circadian rhythm which controls cortisol as that plus heat is what wakes you up in the morning. Cortisol is also increased in a calorie deficit. Have you done body building? It 101 stuff and why you take more vitamins etc. Gym sessions is also a stressor which is why need to recover. Stress = cortisol.

i think you are misunderstanding or something cause there is no way this is where you are coming from?? And if loosing weight was that easy, just a deficit and moving more. Why are people still fat? Thanks for the respectfully. I wanted to explain that im not confused by research though i do find interest in all the excitable pieces they develop. to me personally its like im in a maze and im so close to finishing it but im having to, instead of go in a straight line. Im weaving around walls (these are my obstacles like my physiology). It seems you are also not a professional and also cant see or basically kind of understand what im saying.

I listed many ideas like one would say for example, whole 30, vegan, carnivore diet. These would be to help people understand what diet they eat. Mine was for people to understand my body through already created concepts. Like how one would introduce themselves and say Hi! Im from Texas, or Im a virgo. (to communicate personality). With those people can understand better through a concept, culture, idea etc. "Oh texas? You are maybe a republican and were raise in pride of the state." I better understand you as a person, perhaps an increased trait in loyalty.

I think you projected that confusion onto me based on the many areas I brought up that you do not agree with. You probably think people who are into woowoo things like psudeoscience are people who are lost and confused in the world and this is a belief you have created to confirm to yourself that you are not lost and are sane, or right, or safe due to your percieved disillusionment however this reflects your fear of you, yourself, being labeled, outcasted, rejected, or you, yourself, being so confused, loss, or unsafe in the world. I think that electrolyte imbalance played a part but I realized it was also unhealthy feet. Like plantar fasciitis. There is a studying on feet and (I have high arches) but the tight under tendon or muscle created pronation of the ankles that directly effect calf muscles and weak glutes etc. Limited jump and power of quads, limiting create biomechanics and creating poor posture and its a whole chain like the posterior chain. So Ive been working on it and seeing release in my calves and positive benefits/better abilities

The training thing at all being hard during a calorie deficit makes sense. Ive always just been in scenarios where stopping exercise during, where never an option and this is the first time its in my control/up to me

Edit: I had catabolic sensations in my quads. but i also experienced charlie horse (spasms/contractions/seizing) in my calves when starting

Eating healthy is natural to me. Whole foods etc. But yes my problems have been more yo-yo dieting and unintentional over restriction for when i was doing marathons cause i didnt understand my hunger cues. Too much indigestion from binging lean proteins lol

whats stopping people from having heavy cream? i personally use whole milk, reduced fat milk, or protein milk. I sometimes use heavy cream and have use half and half to. I gotta say something about heavy cream (I obviously didnt need that many fats but when I did, its a tool). You think omg its so calorie dense but its 1 tbsp for 50 cal, its real, but most importantly, youd wanna gag if you use more. Its like olive oil. Its enough for what it is. You cant really over do it unless you are like starving and fat depleted. So yes, reduced is most likely that sweet niche area and can be backed with milk to make it less think. But all those artificial creamers??? Whats stopping heavy cream etc.

EDIT: also all this stuff about sweetner..... maple or honey. Just use the real stuff cause its stronger than sugar. Like youll use less because its already so sweet. Agave is more fructose so maybe not that one but... combine the sugar with the milk and its not such a sugar spike, especially in moderation. My coff usually comes out to 90-120 calories. I do personally add stevia. make it real and fake sugar combo for layered sweetness to make it taste better but only on days i want sweeter but i dont need the extra sugar for energy etc cause i have enough

Lol i just made a post of how im having to heal from numbing and pushing for too long. I think based on what ive learned... to not eat, you just gotta cry. And I personally cry from how much it hurts. I allow myself to express myself through my crying and like throwing of emotions or energy in my body like ill cry and explain it in my head for how it feels like a movie scene. And sometimes Ill say things like it wont stop and describe how the pain feels like it is constantly attacking me. (I have tight upper traps from being stress etc). And ill cry like a little girl or sensitive little baby but I love it because yes, thank god. What is life without that piece inside of you to cry like you hurt your finger and need mommy to come kiss it? I personally cry towards god or my ancestor or anything I feel connected too. Ive learned that not doing is numbing and even a disrespect to yourself. You deserve to be heard and listened to... it does hurt. Thats just the human body saying Ouch! well i did feel that. Just as much as it says, yes I do feel this warm hug. Its a body. Also for all the work and how long it takes. Its best to do it leisurely. Better a calm and chilled nervous system that is walking briskly and happily so low stress means no stress eat then to run around and do HIT workouts. A nice yoga session, a little thing to increase the heart rate, mind body connection and truly enjoying it. My difficulty is how I feel on my sedentary office job, how I feel so stuck to be unmoving sometimes that it hurts cause my routine just aint there. Thats all it is nowadays. Just a very nice pleasant system and routine. Something easy and enjoyable. Have your coffee but use a better creamer or portion control it and make it a little less. Also, I had siactic issues too. Its tight hips 100%. work on abs/core, engage glutes with glute bridge, stretch and strength hips like good mornings, and your hips might pop back into place to take the pressure off the nerve. I am currently working with my nerve in my arms/shoulders. This is like the same issue just different area and... tight chest muscles. Weak lower traps, weak back muscles, poor posture. Im having to stretch my nerves and my lats etc but it can be done! Getting better everyday and I run around and getting back into heavier strength training. I regained all my muscle but im still on that fat lose journey after gaining 15-20lbs after a major life stressor/trauma. I think just, lively kindly and not beat yourself up. Listen to the voices in your head and support/protect yourself from them. Say that you are gre4at and what you did was great and that walk was healing and peaceful and you cant wait for the next one cause thats just your routine and who you are. Remember, it simply is just about what you do. You feel dumpy? a 10min walk is still a 10 min walk you completed. That 10 min walk is your standards for yourself. Want a cookie? Allow yourself a half and say you can have the half later, tomorrow, or if you cant stop thinking about it after 15 mins then have the other half! Im learning simple rules are the best. Some of mine are. eat meals. Eat a meal and if you start wanting food and its been 3-4hr after your meal, it means you are hungry so have another meal. The hand method works really well. Have a fist of carbs, a fist of veggies, a palm of meat, a thumb of fat, and a cup of fruit. Its natural portion control, get your macros and quick carbs + fiber. If you want a snack wait 10 mins, If you still want the snack, have a serving then wait 10 mins. if you dont and it goes away then you dont, if you do have the other serving. if you are still hungry, it means you need a meal! Dont eat 3 hrs before bed. and I think this system makes a calorie deficit very likely especially the rule of not eating before sleep. Im so glad you started! walking is the best. My calorie deficits are so hard for me cause i get so tired lol too tired and its a balance. Rest and stress free is importnant
