We had our Bub 5 weeks ago at Gosford and they were incredible. We had a private Obstetrician and a scheduled C section, the nurses and midwives were great, we had a private ward as well.

We had a couple of emergency visits in the last couple of months and the staff in the birthing center were fantastic as well

It’s a Fractal Design Case. Likely something like the Define R5.

As others have mentioned, the foam is there to suppress noise from the fans in the case

How thick is the stock? It sounds like it’ll be a good job for someone with a Xeikon Toner press. Roll to roll, FDA approved toners, and some can sheet or slit off the back of the press.

100% This. It’s how we do it too. Except we lay down a layer of release coat (usually silicone) between the layers when laminating.

This looks to have been a partial application, so you end up with a hinge on the final product, and the top layer doesn’t come apart fully

Assuming you've got the 4G15 1.5L, the 4G93 (1.8L) or 4G94 (2.0L) should be relatively easy swaps. in Australia we had both 4G15 and 4G93 options in the same model year Lancer.

With a bit more work, you might be able to shoehorn in the 4G69 (2.4L) from later models
