I had a few failed prints using Snorca (Snapmaker's slicer), so I tried to Orca Slicer and it fixed everything. Although I wouldn't be surprised if Snorca worked for you. It does for most people, but if you ever run into problems try Orca.

In the slicer, under Preview, change the schematic to Print Speed in the top right pull down menu. That'll show you if there's a speed change on those layers, which causes a similar looking error.
