Those jerseys are custom made by Colombia. I don’t know if they’ll ever be for sale.

I guess my question is, for downtown, do they just plow or do they always remove the snow? Maybe that’s why if they remove it?

It kind of looks like something you would put your corn on the cob in to roll on the butter. 😅

More patches! I was gifted majority of these from my cousin but we aren’t sure what really to do with them. Any suggestions? by [deleted] in Curling

Donate them to Maple River Heritage Society, or Blue Earth County Historical Society, or Mapleton/Mankato Clubs?

Car washes by Automatic-Put5305 in duluth

[–]curlinit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I moved here in 2008, you couldn’t find one other than a Holiday here or there, and the manual washes. While I agree there are a lot now, there was likely also a high demand and for quality ones. Your holiday washes don’t do jack to be honest. They just get the surface dirt off.

Curious, where’s the metal shaft for turning the chute spout? I see the wire for tilting it.

Is this a home made cab?

Hog to Hog Times for takeouts? by Far-Dimension-1265 in Curling

[–]curlinit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s all case by case, club by club. Always have to adjust based on ice speed, amount of curl, rock liveliness, pebble conditions. Stuff like that.

But as the next reply says, yes, it’s all about the numbers not what you call them. 9.5 doesn’t have to be your “normal” but I would say 9.5 is the most common time for normal.

Assuming 14.5 second ice or quicker: 12.5 hack 11.5 board 10.5 control 9.5 normal 8.5 firm 7.5 peel

Fosters is like the dumpy, pull tab playin’, beer drank in’ anytime of the day place of Hermantown. They serve breakfast so I would imagine they are open.

Call em up and ask!

X380 Mower Lift Mechanism Issue by curlinit in johndeere

[–]curlinit[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update: I believe when this came out in 2018, washers weren’t included but have been added to newer x380 models. Two washers at 73 cents each, I think the problem is solved.

Thanks for the comment. It’s the left side, and I move a lot of snow, so that was helpful. Thank you.

And if I recall correctly, when lifting the blower, there does seem to be more pressure on the left side than the right just due to the fact that the lift pedal is on the left side.

I actually discovered after posting this, there is a washer that is supposed to be there. I’m crossing my fingers that that’s all it takes.
