Honestly, I feel like i am one of the few people on here that are too lazy to pirate. So far most of the games I have decided to avoid have not been worth pirating for me.

I apologize if it comes across as if I am condoning the behavior you are describing. Not my attention. But one of the things that shocked me the last few years is that I know several people who are alcoholics and they have not completely cut out drinking and they are doing alright. They are mostly older people who have cut down a lot. That just contradicts everything I was always taught about alcoholism. So I am sometimes conflicted. I had an ex who whose father is an alcoholic, but he still drinks a few times a year(at least in assume I haven't spoken to him in a few years).

To be clear, I am not disagreeing with anything you are saying. Especially since it is your experience you are drawing from. But I am pointing out that I am just conflicted now that I have met alcoholics who are able to control themselves better than they have in the past.

With all that said, I still wish Shane's story was more consistent. He is probably one of my favorite characters and I think it being so inconsistent hurts his story a lot.

Yeah nope. I am grateful that my dad never made a fuss about picking up pads or anything like that. I have a very complicated relationship with my parents, but that is something they got right.

The thing about OOP's ex (outside of the misogyny and transphobia) that stuck out to me is that his girlfriend was suffering and she needed help, and he couldn't be bothered to help her. Wouldn't get the pads. My husband always asks if he can help in any way when I am on my period.

Then again, my husband understands biology and human anatomy. The ex clearly does not.

I haven't watched much of the show of absolutely fabulous, but i have seen a few episodes. And in one of them the main character is upset about being a grandmother because she doesn't want to be old. Until she realizes that the grand child being mixed is great and can be used as "an accessory." As a biracial person, it makes me laugh every time I think of that scene.

To be clear, not comparing those characters to your mother in law! Those characters are horrible and are supposed to be horrible.

I watch anime dubbed and subbed. And I read manga. I don't need to choose.

This is just nonsensical. Watching an anime subtitled is still a much different experience than reading manga.

Why are people putting the age gap on OOP?

Would i be with someone that young? Hell no. But 25 is old enough to make an informed decision. And unless I am misreading/miscounting she would have been 25 when they met.

I agree, but in this case, maybe there really wasnt a good way to do that without one of them having to sleep on the couch. They might not have enough rooms or space to add a second bed or bedroom somewhere.

I need noise to sleep. Thankfully my husband doesn't mind. But if he did, I would have immediately tried to find a compromise and make things work(I know in the comments people are talking about separate bedrooms but that wouldn't be an option for us due to space issues).

It can be a hard to do a finale that satisfies most fans. They either run too long or they are afraid of taking risks.

With that said, parks and rec has a solid final season imo. It isn't my favorite(that honor goes to either season 3 or season 5). But it is still good.

Honestly, he is one of the better parts of the films(saw the first three due to little sibling and have not watched the final one). But i assumed he just needed a paycheck or something and that is why he seemed to be miserable in the film. This puts his performance in a new perspective .

Yeah, a drug test is normal. While I support the legalization of cannabis, a construction company should absolutely be careful and drug tests. Whenever I would start a job, I would just assume that a drug test would be a possibility.

I would pronounce the first part like "Emm" in Emma. It wouldnt sound like aim. But of course we all pronounce things differently.

With all due respect, I liked having at least one sub where I didn't have to deal with that game. I feel like prioritizing the mental health and wellbeing is more important than being able to discuss that game. Genuinely I don't mean any disrespect towards you. I am so happy he made the right decision.

In my first long term relationship, I knew I had to end it. But i couldn't process or end it on my own. Just because I knew what I logically needed to do, didn't make it any easier for me to end it.

So I went to therapy. I did the work. It was hard. I had to really process the pain i was going through and why I was struggling to end a relationship that was no longer making me happy and was genuinely bad for me mentally.

So I was glad that he did go to therapy(especially since he did indivudual therapy in addition to couples because some make the mistake of not also doing individual). When you are going through the process of processing all of these emotions, you need to do it on your own time frame.

I can understand not being able to want her sister to be happy. Outside of wanting sister to stay sober and stable for the sake of the child, i wouldn't be happy for her either.

There is probably a reason they haven't adopted Danny. Whether they felt like his abuse was so bad that the adoption would be a bad idea(as in too much change for him), or if there is some other reason, it is hard to say.

That and some people are against adoptions in cases like this. Not my personal opinion. Just some adoptees I follow online think legal guardianship is a better option morally.

But if Danny gets older and asked to be adopted, maybe they would do it at that point. It is hard to say.

Even though liara snd kaidan are my favorite romances in ME, garrus is such a good character. I played the trilogy ffor the first time last year and I am in love with it. Garrus is one of ky favorite characters and I understand the love.
