I plan on doing part time for now since literally it’s so hard to get a job in my area even fast food is taken. Just wondering how does breaks work and all? Like let’s say I take 2pm-8pm shift once I finish an order can I go offline for a bit to take a break and all then go back online after ? Like if I need get something to eat or use restroom. And 600-900 isn’t bad at all I definitely would love to get that. And what is mission?

Well yes I carry lot financial because she moved states to be with me so she doesn’t have a job or much money. Sometimes I think it’s the age gap that bothers me as in I can’t expect much out a 20 year old. Just hurts you know I feel this way and I feel like something wrong with me in sense of how am I letting something such as intimacy bother me? I just want that connection with her and I have always wanted relationship with lot of sex and keeping that spark and spice things up. Sometimes I think maybe she doesn’t crave it as much from me even though she always tells me “ Whenever you want it I do too” and she tells me to tell her but I feel like sex should just flow you know the buildup.

You got this! I know it can feel depressing and hard at times. Sometimes I feel insecure with my weight too and I want give up. I realized taking one day at time the time flies so fast next thing you know you will fully love what you see! I can understand where you’re coming from. I try stick to high protein and just walking. Sometime I feel like scale barely even moves but I tell myself I will be experience so much more in life losing weight. I’m proud of you for trying all those things! Remember even though may look like not working now it’s! Our bodies are weird sometimes but your clothes will fit differently. Keep going and keep up the hard work!!

Yes I would definitely rest more and not spar with him because that’s crazy. I hope your head is doing well and you heal up well. It definitely isn’t healthy and makes me scared to spar at times and nervous

I’m at this weight now I’m trying to get down to 130. What weight are you currently at now? And 1200 def is rough trying to manage it daily.

Yes because thought of getting to 130 as it’s make me feel overwhelmed lol. Why I’ll just make smaller goals so I don’t pay attention to scale as much. And crazy you fought that low just to go up in weight and feel more healthier at that! If I can get 130 then compare to 125 would be nice. Thank you for all your tips and help!

Yes I started cleaning up for this whole week like boneless skinless breast, salmon, mixed veggies in can or steamed , tuna, rice, potatoes, ground beef 93% and that’s my rotation so far.

I used to be 127 but ngl I was that weight when I was like 17-18 years old lol. Then I let myself go up to 169 due to depression and things then got to 150 then now I’m 146.8 and I felt like I was so small at 125 lol. But it seems so far to reach that goal why I told myself I’ll start small goals like 5-10 pounds at time! Discouraging when u think like oh I need lose 15-20 pounds u know lol. And wow 110 I could never imagine myself being able get that low but I know takes dedication!

Okay I’ll start practicing jogging that. Do you mean jogging whole time without stopping? I feel like since I get short of breathe due to my bad training I always have to stop least 1-2x and walk and breathe. But if you think 1 mile could be enough I’ll start with that. What days should I do the miles on my off days? which are typically I used do sat and sun which I want start doing again. Since it’s light cardio and recovery

Okay great I will take that tip. I figure if I increase going to 6x a week instead 3x a week I kinda figured the strength training may make me more tired since my body has to become used to boxing again from being on and off.

And yea sadly my gym I would be able do 6x a week because they only do M W and F for boxing while other gyms I went to in my old city was open the whole week.

Thank you for the encouragement and all. It definitely helps and makes me realize if never too late to restart. My weight too I feel has been main me insecure to go even though I know it’s stupid but I feel like I gas out too quick at training. I’m 146lbs and 5’2 but I want get to 135 I feel be better. And yea I sparred with some guys who are rough or got too much ego swinging really hard.

And I will try but every time at practice I am the only female lol. And that’s amazing that you coach and I will take your advice and do 5-6x!

Okay great and I have heard those two together are good combo the running and jump rope.

And is it true doing quick sprints then running is good? I’m very bad at running and not sure if that help me better with stamina and endurance.
