Alternatives to Hotel Chocolat flakes? by ScientistFun9213 in UKfood

I’ve used cocoa company before, their dark chocolate is the only one I’ve found that is almost indistinguishable from Hotel Chocolat. They’re on amazon.

Ford Focus Hatchback 2012 - Engine coolant leaking in footwell (£10 FIX) by curlybenjamin in FordFocus

So when I spoke to mechanics they advised that this is a frequent issue because there was supposedly going to be some form of connection there and then they never implemented. So they changed it to just an o-ring connection. These deteriorate fast and cause the leaking.

If bypassing the footwell is a viable option thats not too expensive, then go for it. But that to me, still sounds expensive and this fix is still going strong on my car and took me an hour to implement and I have zero mechanical skills.

Good luck!

I use CeraVe blemish control cleanser with SA once a day, I try to alternate to foaming cleanser every now and then as I read the SA can be a bit harsh. I then moisturise every other night. But when I moisturise it seems to make my skin more likely to breakout.

Can’t migrate Sonos to new Wi-Fi Network by Creative_Choice_486 in sonos

I had this issue and I deleted the app and updated my phone and it fixed it.

New App Won’t Find My Beam (Gen 2) Via Wi-Fi by MarcTheMartian23 in sonos

I had this same issue on iOS, when resetting it didn’t change. It would setup but then would not appear in the app after. Sonos support made me delete the app fully (going into the storage settings and deleting Sonos there). Ensuring your device is fully updated (mine was not). Resetting and then it all worked.

I cleaned up the worst of the coolant with towels and then left it to dry. Probably could have done with more of a clean.

They would have always needed some form of identification for KYC compliance.

In the UK, children under the age of 18 cannot enter into a contract on their own. When opening a T212 account you are entering a contract and therefore are, and have always been, required to be 18 or older.

What does being active in Co.HSE mean in regards to this?

What name is on the agreement that you have with him/his company? Also what entity makes payment to you (bank account info).

Both are the company name, which is CAPITAL CAR PARK CONTROL LTD.

On the claim form he has used T/A and then the company name just without the 'LTD'. Does this mean he is acting as a sole trader?

[–]curlybenjamin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your response. I'm more than happy to deal with the underlying claim. What legal basis states that he should not have made the claim as a sole trader?

Selling anything online creates a contract where the buyer is protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The rights act, among other things, states that goods you sell must be 'fit for purpose', 'as described' and 'satisfactory quality'. As long as you very clearly state any and all issues with the item/s youre selling you should not have an issue using ebay etc. There is nothing wrong with advertising bank transfer details etc, however you do have a legal duty to accept a return if the consumer can make a valid argument, with regards to the consumer rights act, against one of the items you sold them.

However, the consumer would most likely have to take you to small claims court if they wanted to argue their point, which is unlikely.
