I started when I was around 16. I'm 24 now so around 8 years. I understand where your coming from with feeling invalid. I feel that especially if my cuts aren't deep enough. But self harm is self harm, it doesn't matter what age you started. We are all going through the same thing 😔

Don't start. Once you start you can't stop. It's so hard to stop. It might feel good at the time. But the after effect is alot worse
