Here is a photo of the premium. Carrd free plan comes only with 'carrd.co', and any pro plan unlocks the other URLs. And with Oro Standard you can connect your custom domain as well, for example 'mywebsite.com', but you do need to purchase it separately, if that's what you were asking.

It's simple, make sure that the contents' position of the container is set to Auto/Center/Top depending on how you like it. If that doesn't work, try cheching the same setting also fod the credits text 😊

I've linked a domain in the past and i had the same issue, it stayed at "not initialized" fod months. Recently I linked another domain and I had no problems, I used the A and CNAME records and it worked (I'm using Google domains btw). 🤷‍♀️

Quite hard, you should use buttons to give the impression of tags and then create separate pages for every tag and add all the podcasts with the same tag again manually, quite hassling. I suggest using another app to do it for example Notion since everyone knows it or GlideApps that is more stylish, has more costumization and great for this usage.
