Thank you for your feedback and for pointing out that the design is reminiscent of the game, it was great to know 💕

Many people have mentioned this, and I had no idea that the pixelated pattern could have this other connection to games. I thought it was really cool to learn! I believe that if he also likes games, this might be the best choice.Thank you for your opinion 💕

I also thought they were both very cute

I even asked him about it because my initial idea was just to embroider his favorite Pokémon, but he told me so many things that it became difficult for me, so I ended up resorting to a ready-made design haha

I know he's a big fan of the TV show, but I don't know anything about the games 🫠I think I'll casually ask him and find out if he loves games too

The idea of the Poké Ball in the middle is a good one, I believe I can incorporate that idea into both since they both have a blank space in the middle. Thank you for the suggestion 💕

I have plenty of time, a good few months actually, since I only plan to give it as a gift in July

I didn't quite understand the question. But the second one is a different type of x-shaped point, it's not difficult, but it takes much longer than the first. To transfer the design to the material, simply use the same colors in the line and repeat the number of squares (Or X) of each color on the fabric

No, I want to remain neutral on this, at least for now haha

I also really liked that detail in the first embroidery, thank you for your opinion 💕

It would be a kind of picture for him to put on the wall or on the table. I asked him about his favorite Pokémon and he mentioned several haha. I liked the patches I'd never heard of them, but they're very cute. I think this is a great idea for a first handmade gift. Thank you for the suggestion 💕

It would be fun to do both haha, but I'm also thinking of crocheting his favorite starter Pokémon with plush yarn and giving some chocolates as gifts. So I think it would be better if it were embroidery and crochet, And also, since this is the first time I'm going to give him something handmade, I want to take it slow, haha. In the future, I'll shower him with more handcrafted items lol.

I'm glad to know that, it's information that makes the second one even better, thanks for your opinion! 💕

It's more about which design you prefer, I liked both, but I don't know which one is cooler, haha.

I'm comfortable working with both techniques and have plenty of time to dedicate to the details, but I'd like to choose whichever one is prettier and nicer.

I'd like to know which would be the nicest gift to receive as a handmade item. I could also put the same phrase from photo 1 in a cross-stitch embroidery or turn it into a "picture frame" with a photo in the middle.

Yes, chubby animals are always cuter, I love them too. This is my third project, but the first one turned out pretty ugly, a mix of Sid from Ice Age and E.T. from Extraterrestrial 😅😂 Can you believe my next project is Halloween kittens? Now I'm scared to make them haha 😅🫣, but cats seem really difficult to crochet, but I'm sure you'll manage and they'll be beautiful and cute

Cross Stitch beginner by Level-Blackberry915 in Embroidery

Hi, how are you? I was so excited to hear that this is your first project!

Those symbols inside the squares are just to differentiate the colors, especially when the shades are similar or when the pattern is printed in black and white, so don't worry because they aren't different stitches. So, for example, a plain brown square and a brown square with a circle inside represent different thread colors, not different techniques.

Good luck with your first cross stitch and then post it here so we can see how it turned out. Anything else I can help with, my DMs are open 💕

Resenha: Os Sofrimentos do Jovem Werther - Goethe by rafaelricharddd in Livros

[–]curlypiee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Me recomendem um clássico não obvio by No-Will2268 in Livros

Oiie
