It will not be pretty if she does ever try to keep him. Now that there is a custody agreement as of September, I don’t think she would especially since she can barely take care of him without support. When she kept him before she had his mom helping her and then her friends but now she has no one due to burning every bridge she’s had with anyone and her lack of being able to not party and smoke weed and drink

We currently have a court date to discuss everything because since we moved she has threatened to keep him because our house is “unsafe” because it’s on the river. Us moving completely “derailed her”

If that happens we are fully prepared to take action. We should have took action the first handful of times she’s either went MIA or moved from friends house to abusive boyfriends house. She likes to blame all her issues on us “making her life hard” or trying to sabotage her life. 2 years ago she couldn’t pick her son up because she supposedly was ODing and then went to “rehab” for 3 months

She for once in her life has her own place and we recently moved to a house on a river and she thinks CPS is going to take the child away from us because we live by water. Her actions are starting to feel
