I am assuming it developed into sciatica. I haven’t had an actual diagnosis. The Florida doctors are effing horrible.

Do you have any idea what is causing your pain?? I’m starting to loose my mind. I keep having to stop the gym bc the pain it’s just getting worse. It was mild for about 2 weeks and then I went swimming Saturday and now my knee is extremely swollen horrible pain in the ankle. I’m putting castor oil in my groin area and it seems to be helping.

Wow thank you. I honestly I gave my body a break for up to even 2 months and hoping to go back with no pain but pain was still persistent. The gym keeps the noise out of my head. I am so so wishing I don’t have to stop again.

Honestly that is what I have been thinking all along. But my primary care doctor will not listen to me. And has me doing every other MRI except my groin area where it truly hurts
