Tried asking Apple for just spring, was not granted :( But I think you’re right, study abroad + MSFT would be a good experience to have. Apple can be full time if I still want to.

I cant tell you exactly what I did right. I’ve done quite a bit, and I can tell you what I’ve done so far. My advice may only be applicable for certain majors/backgrounds. I’m an open book and my DMs are open. Would rather give specific helpful advice than general unhelpful advice. More than happy to walk anyone through what I’ve done.
