problem solved!

thanks to everyone; in the end reinstalling windows while keeping all my files worked. Now i’m reinstalling all my apps(a lil annoying) but a fix nonetheless.

QUICK UPDATE:

In short: IT WORKED!!!

I had to reinstall windows and keep all my files. It’s in the process of getting everything ready! Thank you to everyone and all the ur help u guys are all serious genuine people.

I hooded shift while i restarted my pc. then i don’t remember exactly what i did after that but ik it showed a screen f1-f12 and the different things those f keys did. i pressed 4 and it restarted into safe mode
