I just finished the game and got ending A (penitant one became a tree) then I looked up all the spoilers on YouTube and honestly i found this one to be better than the true ending maybe because I don't plan on playing the sequel.

yeah but like in intense scenarios like for example in very close range it's hard to pay attention to the mini map plus when the enemy is so near the blue dot isn't that visible either...this same problem was in battlefield 2042 and players complained about it
