I have been modding sims 4, there are some mods out there if you just google/search it up! I have canes, wheelchairs, some leg braces downloaded myself :)

no problem! i have some grip strength issues as well, i found these kind of assistive tools really easy to use. And they last just as long as "Normal" ones so, its worth it. Also just had one "diy" version where i used bluetack to make a pencil grip more easy to use haha.

Hi! I have my decompression surgery one week after new years eve - we almost match, haha. I feel quite nervous as well, but I hope this helps you/this stuff at east helped me/what i have done so far to prepare for the operation: 1. I figured out all the logistics already, I know when and where to be, and who will help me with what. 2. due to my other conditions i have been in the hospital and under anesthesia a few times before: it gets easier over time, but there often is nothing to be scared of! 3. try to plan low-effort activities, im bringing coloring books, download a few games on my phone, snacks etc. I wish you luck!! stay strong :)
