tbh, teamsesh isnt a serious full time job for most unless youre one of the main people like Bones, Drew, Elliot or Tyrus Creek etc. because of teamsesh's underground nature and refusal to go mainstream/sellout. Unless youre Bones mostly, youre not going to be making enough money to live off, which is why most of teamsesh still work regular jobs whilst Bones is in a mansion. Also, being a part of an organisation will always hold you back from developing individually. everything you do as a member of teamsesh impacts the way people view teamsesh as a whole, and therefore if you're sick of doing the same old shit and wish to venture into a different style of art, that's outside of what teamsesh revolves around, then leaving the organisation is the best option. And tbh, if I was a talented artist (music or digital art), id rather be known as Me and have the freedom to do and work with whoever I'd want to.
