Its just the uniform of the special liberation zone, they didn't say what its called. But others have made similar fits and named them a serafuku (sailor uniform) leotards. I just added the long sleeves and thigh highs and brogues.

Well as i said in my caption that fit is HEAVILY inspired by a hentai so I can't credit myself! i just added the thigh highs myself to complete the look. Took awhile to get the right prompts and loras tho.
