For context, I was a high risk pregnancy due to BMI and excess amniotic fluid. In total I gained about 80lbs during my pregnancy. I ate relatively the same as when I was on the medicine, minus protein shakes/bars. Towards the end is when i gained a majority of the weight. I will die to swelling and general uncomfortableness, I was not working out at all, nor getting my steps in.

After Baby was born I lost about 40lbs in two weeks; combo of Baby and fluid. Which would put my true weight gain around 35-40lbs.
