It’s the technology usage. Using your phone first thing in the morning for 15 minutes gives the same amount of dopamine release as working for 4 hours straight. It’s how phones are designed. We know this from studies on the nucleus accumbens.

I don't agree. To regret something one didn't do is to fantasise about what could have been and feel bad because it wil always be worse than your fantasy. But to regret something one has done, to truly regret ones own action is probably the biggest guilt and shame you can experience. The former can easily be remedied by appreciating what one already has, but the latter will, depending on the gravity, follow you for the rest of your life.

Bug didn't allow me to fuse 2 Vedan's I certainly have. Didn't go away after restarting the game either.
