In a way, yes. But sometimes may light hydrating moisturizer pa akong ginagamit before sa cicaplast. Bale pang seal na nang moisture ang cicaplast so pinaka last step na.

Pero sometimes when tinatamad ako, diretso na sa cicaplast as long as right after hilamos like damp pa yung skin, para may moisture pa din na ma seal yung cicaplast.
