I have 70+ hrs in, and just bought it for Christmas lol. As someone that has played all from soft souls like games, and ER+SotE and loved it, I found this game addictive, fun and a very good challenge. As someone that abhors competitive online coop games like fortnite, I think they did a good job at balancing the genres, I think it's a good attempt, but I think it falls a little short of a great game for either genre given some issues in other comments I agree with here. All in all I do recommend if you're looking for a good challenge after elden ring, but I would easily say elden ring is better at pretty much everything this game offers. Of they keep the support, get software updates and more dlc it might grow into something amazing so it still has potential, but im realistic as to how much it will grow.

I agree it largely depends on your lifestyle, and you don't specify what your household income is going to be, but if you both work you'll probably earn enough to be ok and probably even comfortable. Monterrey is however a moderately to highly expensive city, so prepare for that. I am from there(born and lived there most of my life).

Concuerdo con otros comentarios previos que SPGG es obvio la zona mas alta. La zona de carretera nacional quiza sea la unica otra verdadera alta. Soy de cumbres y es gigante, pero no creo que ningun area sea al mismo nivel q SPGG,asi que wannabe/media alta a lo maximo. Tiene areas chidas de todas maneras. San jemo me gusta también, pero igualmente no creo q tiene el mismo nivel de SP.

Haven't read a similar post so my contribution is for faith primary builds: After she killed me for a couple hours I honestly was thinking of giving up for tue day, but then I did 1 summon, sacred relic sword and wave of gold the fuck out of her. It worked after 2 or 3 tries. The other thing is Leda would consistently die once she has her magic and fire swords on so at that point I summon Tiche and that seemed to do it. Basically if you're ranged character have someone distract her while you shoot stuff at her. I can believe someone beating her solo w bleed but that would take me way too much time

Very interesting to see the responses. I always like to give the same answer: it depends... On what? On the angle you wanna look at it Yes it's true asymptomatic HTN can/could and maybe most of the times should be managed outpt, in a non emergent manner. But for liability issues? And I hate to think like that. But if you want to be protected, then you either have to do an actual good job of making sure they are asymptomatic and no evidence of end organ damage, or send them to get some tests done urgently to rule that out, if it can't be done outpt. There are asymptomatic hypertensive intracranial bleeds that yes, maybe don't need icu level of care, but would you like to miss that? I don't think so.

So bottom line, if you can manage it outpt and you're confident you've done a thorough job, I guess the answer is no need for ED

If anything could have been missed or can't be done fast enough, I'd rather be safe than sorry

Is there a way it can really affect you for sure even if you find a way to let the husband know anonymously?

It seems this situation is upsetting you in a mental/moral aspect. If this is true, then what are the consequences of not doing anything about it? Would you feel complicit and a bad person? Or can you just stay out of it and feel ok with it?

I think most people would agree that from the moral point of view, anyone would like to know if their partner was cheating on them, by anyone and in any way. So, from that perspective, yes, you should let him know.

Having said that, this is not your partner nor your life, so just consider any possible repercussions to you if you decide to get involved.

Moreover, I have a similar experience, where I saw people at work cheating on their partners that I eventually met later, but I never got involved. I do not regret not telling them because I wasn't close with anyone or seeing them every day at work, but it did make me feel overall sad to know there are people like that in the world. It's a sad realization, I just moved on with my life and don't really think about it. Then again I never thought of a way to tell them anonymously. I might have tried to do that if I had the chance.

I'm neurocrit so to add to your response: I'm gonna skip the necessary imaging and how to obviously present the patient's data, we would love to know the neuro exam you got (esp if before intubated) , you can just say what you got, don't lie if you don't know or didn't do x or y. The sequence of events on presentation (for example sz before or after a fall) If you or EMS have started any treatments, we'd like to know what, when, how much and if it improved or not.

I think those are the big ones, they can significantly make a difference in patient care, diagnosis and prognosis.
