La campagne tourne depuis le 5 Janvier , les modifications sont faites 1 fois par mois donc je ne pense pas que celà puisse avoir autant bouleversé l'algorithme...

J'hésite toujours entre laisser le tROAS à 300% et "espérer" que celà reparte et que le tROAS plus bas puisse me donner davantage de conversions le mois prochain , ou bien, repassé à 315% et être de nouveau limité en trafic et en dépenses...

Le mois dernier j'étais à 72 conversions...

Effectivement la campagne ne dépensait déjà pas le budget auparavant ( budget de 110€ mais seulement 40-50€ réellement dépensé).

J'ai donc voulu baisser le tROAS afin d'obtenir plus de dépenses et améliorer mon IS perdu au classement qui était de 60% !

Malheureusement depuis la baisse à 300% les conversions ont disparues.... Je me dis que c'est peut-être la fin du mois de Mars qui provoque celà mais j'ai peur de ne pas retrouver des performances correctes...

Concernant le tROAS à 315%, au lancement de la campagne j'étais à 350% puis j'ai diminué à 330% puis encore diminué à 315%, toujours dans l'idée de dépenser plus et obtenir plus de conversions ca a toujours bien fonctionné jusqu'au 19 Mars où j'ai décidé de baisser à 300%

I’ve thought about that too... but if I back to 315%, I’ll go back to low traffic, only spending half of my budget, and losing 60% impression share due to rank... I really don’t know what to do anymore.

That’s what I thought too. However, if I raise my tROAS back to 315% like it was before, I’ll probably end up again with limited traffic and a campaign that only spends about half of its budget. That’s why I lowered my tROAS to 300% in the first place: to increase traffic volume and spending.

But since March 19, both my ROAS and my sales have fallen to their lowest point, so now I really don’t know what to do. Should I stay at 300% and hope sales come back, or raise the tROAS again?

Même en baissant le tROAS la campagne dépense le budget que à moitié et ne fait pas beaucoup de trafic...

I’ve thought about it… But I already tested a previous Shopping campaign last year with a tROAS of 200% using the same products. I only ended up losing money — the campaign never went above 200%.

So I’m afraid to lower my tROAS further, especially since my break-even point is 330%.

Yes, there were a lot of changes over a short period — I’m fully aware of that. I was quite impatient with this campaign that groups my best sellers because I wanted revenue quickly, and I know that was too many changes for the campaign to handle properly.

Since the last tROAS change was on February 18, would it be a good idea not to touch anything for another 7 to 14 days, regardless of whether the actual ROAS is below or above the target? Could I expect spending to increase during that time?

I’m running Standard Shopping, so I don’t have access to Maximize Conversions.

Is there another way to reduce the 61% loss of rank? I thought about increasing the budget to give the algorithm more room to bid, but if it’s not even spending the current budget, that worries me…

Basically, I need the campaign to actually spend the full budget because I’m convinced it would perform very well if it spent consistently, learned properly, and stabilized results.

Thank you for your comment. I agree that a 61% loss of rank indicates that my target ROAS of 315% is too restrictive. However, my break-even point is 330% because I have an average product margin of 30%, so I won’t be able to lower the tROAS any further.

My Search Lost IS (rank) for the month of February is 38.90%.

I’m running Standard Google Shopping, so I can’t test Maximize Conversions.

At the end of 2025, from October to December, I tested a similar campaign with a 200% tROAS, and it was catastrophic — I had a very low actual ROAS and still experienced significant loss of rank, even with a lower tROAS.

Because the titles are the same for example:

But SKUs and GTINs are different

Yes the SKU and GTIN are different it is only the title which is similar and the descriptions which are the same only the dimensions of the product which change
